While we were in D.C., we went to a semi-famous burger joint called Ray's Hell-Burger. It was always popular, but made even more so after Obama ate there recently. It is a very small place, but really busy. Their menu is only burgers – no other meat. David is a self-proclaimed hamburger expert and said it was one of the best he’s ever had.
