It was time for our annual trip to Vollmer Farms for strawberry picking. A few of our friends met us out there this year. We thought there may not be as many strawberries as normal at the beginning of the season, but we picked our 3 buckets in no time. Right when we were done, a huge downpour came along and we all got soaked. The kids didn't mind getting wet - if anything, they enjoyed it!
The kids did a lot of sampling to make sure we got the best quality...with the evidence all over their mouths! The farm has a little area with goats and farm toys to entertain the kids. After picking strawberries, we stayed for about an hour to play. Everyone had a great time.
