During the holiday break, Gade and the kids went to Marble Kids Museum (http://www.marbleskidsmuseum.org). This was the first time going since they combined Explores and Playspace. It provides unique hands-on experiences through play. Anya was a shopper in the supermarket and Aden was a cashier. They rode the bus and drove a car and a boat, etc. The big hit was the splash area. What kid doesn't like water? When Riot picked them up and asked how was the museum, Anya said that was not a museum...there were no animals! They have visited NC Museum of Natural Sciences (www.naturalsciences.org) several times where they saw and pet animals so her idea of a museum is the place that has animals!
