Down here, it is not often we get much snow. Mom sent these pictures to us of a recent snow storm in North Dakota. Here are the fast facts:
December 20, 2008 = the first day of winter.
At 1:30pm, the actual temperature was 5.6 degrees below zero.
Wind Chill was 31 degrees below zero.
Near blizzard conditions because of fresh snow and winds.
More snow tonight and early morning tomorrow.
Travel is not advised.
People always ask David why he moved down here. Well, these pictures are the answer! As you see, Dad was hard at work cleaning up the drive way. Next year, maybe we should all chip in for a snow blower for his birthday!
