We learned a couple weeks ago that Grandma Smith and Joyce would be visiting the Marine Corps Museum in VA. They live on the West Coast and it's so hard see them so we took a day trip up there to visit. It was a long trip for the kids, but very worth it! We love you Grandma and Aunt Joyce!!!!
Also, if you click on the VDO, you'll see a big surprise we had for them...Andru was passing through and was able to stop for a visit! This is the first time in nearly 20 years they had seen each other. Grandma's tears of happiness made it all worthwhile :-)
We spent a couple hours touring the museum then ate at Cracker Barrel before heading home.
