David decided to deep fry a turkey this year for Thanksgiving. It's a popular way of cooking a turkey in this area, but we have never had deep fried turkey before. It turned out very well. It took less than an hour to cook and the meat was very moist. The Dadgars joined us for the feast brought some delicious side dishes.
