It is apple season! We went to Perry Lowe Orchards in Wilkesboro, NC to pick fresh apples. They gave us a tour of their processing plant and orchards. They grow 16 different kinds of apples! We found our new favorite apple: Jonagold. It was soooo good! Slightly sweet, slightly juicy.
